Carol Burris discusses Early Childhood Education with two experts in the field--Dr. Denisha Jones, Director of the Art of Teaching at Sarah Lawrence and Susan Ochshorn, author and advocate for Early Childhood Education. Carol and her guests talk about the present state of pre-school in New York City--both the good and the bad. They discuss what a child-centered, developmentally appropriate early childhood experience should look like, and what parents can presently expect today. They also discuss model programs in other nations.
